* Tenant's rights, Income maintenance rights (Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program, Canada Pensions Plan), Employment Insurance, Employment Standards, Energy Contracts (this list may change at any time) 
* May represent individuals in courts or tribunals like the Landlord and Tenant Board, Social Benefits Tribunal, etc., who meet financial eligibility criteria 
* Offers duty counsel at the Landlord and Tenant Board Hearings 
* Information and presentations about the rights of disadvantaged people at the demand of organizations 
* Promotes law reform and community development 
* Does not offer services in family law (divorce, separation, custody, support, etc.), provincial or criminal offenses 
* Does not advise landlords -- Landlords can communicate with the Landlord and Tenant Board at 1-888-332-3234, the Landlord's Self-Help Centre at 1-800-730-3218 or a private bar lawyer
