Description (Service) Provides high frequency, ultra high frequency, very high frequency and digital radio communications by federally licensed radio operators for use in emergencies, by the various emergency response agencies within SD&G * communications may be local within a 60-120 km radius, or province-wide * communications can also be provided for other community events, such as races, marathons, parades, and festivals
