Description (Service) Eight-week educational course that gives the participants practical skills to apply healthy responses to life's challenges
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Dates Three eight-week sessions per year, usually in spring, fall, and winter.
Meetings Tue 6:45 pm-8:45 pm
