Description (Service) | COVID-19 (22 April 2020) Visitor restrictions have been implemented until further notice. Only esential visitors are allowed to enter. Essential visitors are those who have aloved one who is end-of-life or very ill. Outpatient clinics and therapies are reviewed on patient/client need. If you have an appointment, your care team will be in contact with you. Clients can connect with their loved one via telephone, FaceTime and Skype. * Donation of equipment or supplies welcomed. Visit their website for additional details. Team provides: assessments, consultations, recommendations, treatments, skilled-based therapy, counselling, and group therapy. Services include: psychology, social work, occupational therapy, and psychiatry. |

Application | Referrals are accepted from anyone including prospective clients, family or friends. Require proof of eligibility from one of the following: family physician, Development Services Ontario, child or other development centres. Also acceptable: Ontario student record or hospital record. |
