Description (Service) Provides Kingston and area with alternative music and spoken word radio programming * provides free broadcast skills training and experience for volunteers of all ages and backgrounds interested in non-profit radio station operations * offers Studio rentals, disc jockey (DJ) services and on-air advertising for a fee * free public service announcements for student groups and non-profit organizations
