Description and Services
Description (Service) Hospital department * offers a full range of birthing services for low-risk, term pregnancies * four dedicated Labour-Birth-Recovery-Postpartum (LBRPs) rooms where patients can remain for their stay * each room is equipped with Nitrous Oxide and has a whirlpool tub and shower * epidural services available at all time * partners or support persons are provided with pull-out beds and are encouraged to stay with the new mother and baby 
 
Other services include: obstetrical assessment * non-stress testing * ultrasound 
 
Provides care to recovering Gynecological Surgery Patients and to Paediatric patients with minor to moderate medical care diagnoses requiring admission, such as jaundice * poor feeding * asthma * pneumonia * self-limiting gastro infections
Hours Mon-Sun 24 hours
Areas Served Leeds and Grenville United Counties
Eligibility Pregnant women and children requiring minor to moderate medical/surgical care services
