| Application | Register on November 18, 19, 20, 2019 * applicants are required to provide ID for themselves and everyone living in the home (on a permanent basis) and a copy of the last income statement(s) which should include the current address * if requesting toys, applicants must provide ID for the children as well * in the case of any alternate custody arrangement, only the primary caregiver may apply and must provide proof of custody Pickup time will be advised when the application is complete |
