Description (Service) Christmas assistance toward food for a Christmas meal and toys for children
Hours Mon-Wed 9 am-6 pm
Areas Served Addison ; Athens ; Brockville ; Cardinal ; Iroquois ; Johnstown ; Maitland ; Mallorytown ; North Augusta ; Prescott
Eligibility Applicants must live in service area. Children included in the application must be in legal custody of the applicant and living in the home on a permanent full time basis. Toys: children 13 years and under
Application Register on November 27, 28, 29, 2017 * applicants are required to provide ID for themselves and anyone living in the home (on a permanent basis) and a copy of the last income statements which should include the current address. If requesting toys, applicants must provide ID for the children as well * in the case of any alternate custody arrangement, only the primary caregiver may apply and must provide proof of custody
