Description (Service) COVID-19 (13 Apr 2020): Community dental hygiene clinics are suspended until further notice. For urgent concerns, call 613-549-1232, ext. 1218 to speak to a dental professional for assistance. Public health programs and services * offers dental health information * provides dental screening to children and youth * offers community dental hygiene clinics for children and youth (various locations) * works with the Healthy Smiles Ontario program (see separate listing) * custom made mouthguards available by appointment for $55 * administers the Dental Treatment Assistance Fund (DTAF) that offers up to $200 for eligible adults in need of emergency dental treatment
