Description (Service) COVID19 (3 Jun 2020): Offices are currently closed to the public * staff are still available via phone and email.

Program for low and modest income households that provides funding for major repairs and rehabilitation required to make a house safe and housing modifications to increase accessibility.

Home Repair to assist low to moderate income home owner households:
* Repair their home to bring to acceptable standards while improving the energy-efficiency of the unit
* Increase accessibility of their home through modifications and adaptations
Hours COVID19: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm
Areas Served Cornwall ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up Homeowners 18 years and older. Households must:

* have a gross household income that does not exceed between $42,800 to $63,200 depending on household size (according to line 236 of the notice of tax assessment)
* assessed value of home cannot exceed $238,489
* rates are current and subject to change
Application Call to apply as program is open at certain times only throughout the year.
