Description (Service) Substance use and abuse assessment, referral and counseling support * previously an independent agency and now a program of the Youth Diversion Program * consultation and public education * offers outreach services to both school boards in the Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington regions, as well as selected schools in the Hastings region * provides a counselling program in North Frontenac
