Description (Service) COVID-19 (June 8, 2020): Service disruption has ended * regular office hours will begin on Monday, June 8, 2020, and re-assessed on an ongoing basis during the pandemic

Early intervention program for children with developmental/intellectual disabilities * identification and early intervention services * child care information and referral * development of Family Service Plans * liaison with community services * transitional planning to school * access to resource materials * strategies for inclusion and training opportunities

Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) and under 
Children from birth to 12 years enrolled in a licensed child care setting in Leeds and Grenville or on the waiting list for a child care space * with an identified developmental delay or at risk for later delays in at least two of the areas: expressive language, receptive language, cognitive, social/emotional, fine motor, gross motor or self-care
