Description (Service) Volunteering roles include: patient greeter, clinic ambassadors, fundraisers, appointment reminder callers, gift shop volunteer, COPC playroom and more * orientation and training are provided for all volunteers * alternate website:

Application Forms available on the website, through the Volunteer Services office at HDH or KGH, or at the Information Desk in the main lobby * once an application has been received you will be invited to an Interview/ Information Session * applicants must provide two work-related references, Occupational Health screening, and a Criminal Background Check with the Vulnerable Sector Search prior to starting to volunteer.

Fees None ; Costs are associated with the health screening and police check. With an original receipt, volunteers will be reimbursed those expenses after 3 months of consistent volunteer service.
