Description (Service) Cultural centre that offers nearly 15 events per year (professional and amateur) and publishes the only francophone newspaper in the city (35 years of existence) * Offers a resource centre/library (books and compact discs), black box theatre, office and meeting space for public use (including private rentals) * dedicated to the promotion, training, and production of artistic events * offers a location for community services in French and a meeting place for francophones and francophiles 
 
Octave Theatre: 246 seats * used for plays, singing, music, dance, symposiums, movie projections, videos, conferences, meetings, and more
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm
Meetings Board of Directors meets monthly.
