Description (Service) COVID19 (23 Apr 2020): Offices are closed. Peer support is continuing through Zoom. Volunteers are maintaining delivery services.Clients are receiving check-in calls. Call 613-542-4975 ext. 5090.

Community based approach and programs reflecting the needs of each community. Programs are divided into five categories, designed to support our participants across all areas of their lives

Live - Discovering the power of independence
Play- Participating in the joys of life
Work - Boosting participation in the world of work
Learn - Putting education first
Tech - Unleashing the power of technology

Monthly Community Hub programming for people who are partially sighted, blind, or deaf blind, families, friends, and members of the community

*On-site Programs include:

Peer support, Recreational activities such as cards, book club, knitting, yoga, walking, Accessible technology training, Youth programming, Shop CNIB Kiosk and Demonstration Center

* Other off-site programs include:

One to One matching program, Advocacy resources, Ambassador program, Various other program activities with the CCB (Canadian Council for the Blind)

* A number of Opportunities to Volunteer are available
