Description (Service) COVID-19 (10 Apr 2020): Offices are physically closed to the public until further notice. Staff will continue to support clients via telephone, email, skype and other electronic means.

Access centre to apply for Winter Warmth Fund, a one-time utility payment assistance program * grant is credited directly toward heating bill * program begins January 1st each year

Areas Served Leeds and Grenville United Counties
Eligibility Low-income individuals and families in arrears with Hydro One, Enbridge or Union Gas energy bills, who have recently received a disconnection notice, and whose personal circumstances make it difficult to pay the bills
