| Description (Service) | Intensive Case Management programs support adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders including Court Diversion/Support, Family Support Services, Supportive Employment and Supportive Housing. This service sees clients in their homes and in the community. Peer Resource Centres provide day programming for adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders as well as those socially isolated. Mental Health Promotion provides workshops on a variety of mental health topics. |
