Description (Service) | Intensive Case Management programs support adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders including Court Diversion/Support, Family Support Services, Supportive Employment and Supportive Housing. This service sees clients in their homes and in the community. Peer Resource Centres provide day programming for adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders as well as those socially isolated. Mental Health Promotion provides workshops on a variety of mental health topics. |
Hours | Administration Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm * Intensive Case Managers work flexible hours including evenings to meet needs of clients * Peer Resource Centres have various hours |

Eligibility | Ages: 16 year(s) and up Adults and youth 16 years and older, with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders for the Intensive Case Management Services and Peer Resource Centres. No restrictions for Mental Health Promotion Workshops |
Application | Referrals to Intensive Case Management Services and Peer Resource Centres can be made by self, family, hospital staff, physician, psychiatrist, mental health, and other social service agency. Call to be directed to the appropriate administrative office. Walk-ins welcome. Mental Health Promotion also provided. See website for further information on available workshops, campaigns and services. |
